Charlie Quinn is a water physiologist. A native of San Jose, California and a veteran of the United States Air Force, in 1979 he formed his first plumbing company. Since then, he has been contracted by such companies as DPR Construction, RF Micro Device, and Intel, as well as major government agencies such as DARPA and the NSA (National Security Agency).
